By accepting these Terms, you declare that you have reached or exceeded the age of majority in your country, region, province, or state of residence, and have authorized us to allow any minor under your care to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any legitimate reason. All our prices are displayed including all taxes (TTC). The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay: it includes the product price, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, delivery fees. No additional fees (customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees) will be charged upon receipt, as our shipments are made on a "duties and taxes paid" (DDP) basis.
Prices may be displayed and paid in the local currency of your delivery country (EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, CHF, NOK, SEK, PLN, TRY). Reference amounts in euros are converted at the current exchange rate, with slight variations due to rounding. The exact amount is always displayed in your currency before payment confirmation.
Payment is made online at the time of order using the secure payment methods offered at checkout. The order is only final after payment confirmation.
Our product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. Any price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery conditions (served areas, fees, preparation and shipping times, tracking) are detailed in our Delivery Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. In summary: flat shipping fee of €4.95 (or equivalent in local currency), free shipping on purchases over €59, estimated total delivery time of 7 to 12 business days for all served countries.
SECTION 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty, regardless of your country of residence among the countries served. SECTION 9 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
All our products benefit from the legal conformity warranty of 2 years (articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). These warranties apply free of charge.
