Scope of application

This return policy applies equally to all 18 countries we serve: Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Spain, United States, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and Türkiye.

Right of withdrawal – Return period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order (actual delivery date, not purchase date) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty. This 14-day period applies to customers in all served countries, in accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • In its original condition, with tags attached;
  • In its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

How to make a return?

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@biloria.fr or at +33 7 80 97 12 86 within 14 days following receipt, indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned.
  2. Our team will confirm your request and provide return instructions within 48 business hours.
  3. Send the package to the following return address: BON PROFIT, 3 IMPASSE LAS CLAVES, 66200 LATOUR-BAS-ELNE, France.
  4. We recommend using a shipment with tracking number; the returned package remains your responsibility until it is received at our premises.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the country of shipment, except in cases of defective, damaged, non-compliant products or delivery errors attributable to BON PROFIT: in these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by us (prepaid return label or reimbursement of shipping costs upon proof).

Restocking fees

No restocking fee is applied, for any country, in the case of a withdrawal return.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of the return.

In case of acceptance, a full refund (price of the product(s) and initial standard shipping fees) will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the return, via the payment method used at the time of order.

Refunds are made in the currency of your initial payment, for the exact amount debited. Minor differences due to exchange rates or bank fees applied by your institution are beyond our control.

Exchanges

For any exchange (size, color, model), contact us at contact@biloria.frThe exchange is treated as a return followed by a new order: the returned item is refunded under the above conditions and the new item is shipped to you with no additional delivery fees if its amount exceeds €59 (or the equivalent in your currency).

Defective, damaged, or non-compliant items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or different item from the one ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos. We will offer you, at your choice, a free replacement or a full refund (product + delivery fees + return fees).

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items;
  • Unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
