Orders are generally prepared within 3 to 5 business days to ensure quality control before shipping. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

France: 5 to 8 business days
Belgium, Switzerland, and other European Union countries: 6 to 10 business days

The total delivery time is therefore usually between 8 and 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Returns and Refunds
